Concept Statement
Definition of the business
Juno is a mobile platform that is a safe alternative to wishlist and event reminders. It was original created by Aud Lesperance as a SCAD project, but further developed outside the scope of the class. It was made to create a safe way of sharing a wishlist, with items from multiple sites and sellers. Other competition platforms have been negatively reviewed because users data gets leaked to the public or their gifters on accident. Juno strives to keep all user data safe and in the right hands.
Mission
Our Story
Invented in 2023 Aud decided to fight the gifters who would dox content creators on other platforms. Having it happen to them and other friends they knew it was time to come up with a safe solution to wish list sharing. Juno was created to solve the problem of gifters doxing other users. There are a few other platforms similar to Juno but cannot guarantee the safety features of Juno. This helps create the cosplay community, and content creators safe. We respect the privacy of our users, and will ban users who seek to destroy that safety.
Strategic Vision
It is Juno’s mission to share wish lists and plan events while keeping our users private information safe from hackers, and other users.
Juno is dedicated to keeping our users private information private. We want to help plan events like birthdays by keeping organized wishlists for all events and holidays year-round. That should be an easy task, without having to worry about information being spilled out onto the web. Gifters can gift items to the user from the list, without finding out the users address or other information. This is especially important for our Content Creators, Twitch Streamers and Cosplayers who can have a large following on social media.

Juno solves that problem by guaranteeing our users safety, and banning any user who attempt to compromise users private information.Juno makes wishlist sharing easy without the risk of boeing doxxed or having information stolen. Juno also can provide easy planning for events or holidays like birthdays. Junop prides itself on being a safe way to share a wishlist with your friends or followers.

Fern is a full time cosplayer, that means she depends on her fanbase for a income, and to fund her cosplays.
Pains, Problems, and Frustrations:
1. Has had her previous home doxed because of her amazon wish list
2. Wants to share a public cosplay wish list without revealing her legal name
3. Wants to have an overall wish list for multiple cosplays but organize the list by cosplays

Mark is a full time twitch streamer. He also depends on his fanbase and subscribers for a living.

1. Worried about being doxed as a twitch streamer, doesn't trust amazon with his address
2. Needs a wish list for his streaming setup
3. Needs to plan for TwitchCon, and his friends birthday wish list

1. Needs guaranteed privacy safety
2. Wishlist for updating streaming setup and room
3. Needs wish list for TwitchCon, vlog camera, etc.
4. Birthday wish list for his friends 21st birthday

Emily is a content creator that got her following off of TikTok but she also has a large following on YouTube. She uses sponsors, ad revenue, as her main income.

1. Wants to be safe from hackers
2. Needs a wish list for her home and pets
3. Needs to plan for events and upcoming conventions

1. Needs guaranteed privacy safety for Wish lists
2. Needs help with guidelines of wish lists for upcoming events like VidCon

I researched some competitors that cannot be named. But other companies that specialized in having wish lists and deemed their pros and cons: both from my experience and user experiences I read online and from friends.

Good wishlist options for organizing, for different events, cosplays, or other categories. Safe interactions with public view where no one will find your personal data like Legal names or addresses.
